Our story

KNEHLER PARTNERS is an Australian design, materials, sourcing and manufacturing company established to connect exceptional design with world-class manufacturing.

01The beginning

Considered design, too often compromised in the making.

Working alongside architects and interior designers, we saw the same pattern repeat. A carefully resolved specification would pass through agents and unfamiliar factories, and return with finishes substituted, details simplified and timelines lost.

02The idea

One partner, from the drawing to the delivered piece.

KNEHLER PARTNERS was established to take responsibility for that entire journey. Design understanding, commercial procurement and manufacturing expertise sit within one team, so nothing is lost between intent and outcome.

03Development

Every product begins with the brief.

We study the drawings, references and specification, select the right maker from our international network, and develop materials, finishes, samples and prototypes until every detail is resolved and approved.

04Production

Production, followed in person.

Our team in China works directly with each manufacturer, following production on the factory floor and inspecting every piece against the approved specification before it is released.

05Delivery

Delivered exactly as approved.

Orders are consolidated, shipped and delivered to site across Australia, with one point of contact from the first enquiry to the final delivery.

We work with architects, interior designers, builders, developers and retailers on residential, hospitality and commercial projects. KNEHLER is a trade supplier: private clients are welcome through their designer or architect.
