Terms and policies
Our trade terms, quotation terms, payment, shipping and delivery, returns and claims, warranty and privacy policies are provided with every quotation and on request from [email protected]. Every quotation, order and invoice is subject to the KNEHLER Trade Terms current at its date.

Trade Terms
Terms for approved trade clients, including pricing, approvals, deposits and changes after approval. Provided with your trade account.
Privacy
We collect the details you give us in enquiries, trade applications and the client portal (your name, business, contact details, project information and any files you send) only to reply to you, to prepare quotations and to manage your orders. We do not sell or share them with anyone except the suppliers and freight partners needed to fulfil your order. Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Shipping + Delivery
Prices are delivered to site: they include packing, sea freight, insurance, import clearance and delivery to the ground floor of the delivery address, kerbside. Assembly, lift access and placement are arranged separately. Details are in the quotation.
Returns + Claims
Every piece is inspected before dispatch. Damage or shortfall on delivery must be noted at the time of delivery and reported to us within two working days with photographs, so we can claim on the freight insurance and make it right.
Warranty
Warranty terms for each piece are stated in the quotation and the trade terms.
